I am Jared Waters. I grew up in Vacaville, CA where I  played for Vaca High School.  My junior year I suffered a career threatening knee injury. I fractured my tibia, tibia plateau, and dislocated my patella tendon. Three separate orthopedic specialists told me I would never play competitively again let alone in college. I recovered and came back playing my senior year. From there I played 2 years at Solano Community College then finished my college career at DII Cal State East Bay and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications. After college I played professionally overseas in Italy and China.

I started doing skill development in 2011, and it quickly became obvious that this was my true passion and calling. It allows me to cultivate and develop the next generation so that the game I love will continue to thrive and grow. My number one goal is to instill my work ethic and passion into every player I teach, and use my basketball experiences to help them succeed on and off the court.

Worked camps with the Los Angeles Lakers, Earl Watson Elite AAU, West Coast Elite, & ICE-O.

Taught players from over 50 colleges including: Univ. of Michigan, Univ. of Washington, Stanford, USC, University of Portland, Univ. of Nevada, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, Westmont College, Menlo College, & Cal State East Bay.

Worked with professional players from the NBA to Europe, Asia, and Canada.
